Iron Speed, Inc. publishes a database rapid application development product called Iron Speed Designer. This product builds database and reporting applications for the Cloud, Web and Microsoft SharePoint environments. The Web 2.0 applications built with Iron Speed Designer can be customized and deployed without programming.
The company was founded in 1999 as a solution to a problem the Co-Founders encountered at their previous company, Onsale. They developed their new product to automate application development in order to reduce both development time and cost.
